URL and Backlink Indexing API
Connect your own software to QuickIndexing for URL submissions, drip scheduling and credit balance checks.
Use the customer API when manually moving URL lists between tools becomes repetitive. Your backend sends authenticated JSON requests and records the response. The API manages submission work; it does not certify Google's indexing status.
What you can integrate
- Batch submission: send up to 100 HTTP(S) URLs per request.
- Credit checks: read your available balance without a credit charge.
- Drip scheduling: submit the first URL now and schedule the remaining URLs at an interval.
- Safe replay: use an optional Idempotency-Key with a saved request body to avoid creating a second charged request after a timeout.
Start with a server-side integration
- Sign in and open API Access to create a key. One active key is allowed per account; a newly created key is shown once.
- Keep it in a server environment variable. Do not put it in browser scripts, URLs or screenshots.
- Check your balance with
GET /api/v1/credits, then prepare batches using the URL checklist. - Save the exact JSON body and your idempotency key before a submission. Handle the returned status and retain X-Request-ID when available.
QuickIndexing API versus Google's Indexing API
These are separate interfaces. Google's Indexing API documentation restricts eligibility to JobPosting pages or BroadcastEvent embedded in a VideoObject. QuickIndexing API access is not permission to submit arbitrary content through Google's public API.
For a website you own, review Search Console and sitemap options alongside your submission workflow. Neither an accepted API request nor a processing status guarantees indexing or rankings.
Credit and retry behavior
One valid unique URL uses one submission credit. Exact duplicates within one API request are deduplicated; repeating a URL in a different intentional request can charge again. Drip submissions reserve credits for all valid unique URLs up front.
After an uncertain response, do not create a fresh idempotency key to force another submission. Consult the retry reference and contact support when a request requires review. Current credit prices remain on the pricing page.
Integration questions
Is there a subscription just for API access?
Submissions use the same credit-based model. Check current package prices and your account balance before sending work.
Can I replace or revoke a key?
Yes, through API Access. Replacing or revoking the active key invalidates it immediately. Existing administrator-issued keys remain supported.
Can I call the API from frontend JavaScript?
Use your backend instead. Public browser code exposes keys, and browser CORS access is restricted.
Is an indexing-status lookup endpoint included?
The public endpoints documented here submit URLs and read credits. Submission counters are not a Google index-status lookup. Use account history for processing details and the appropriate search engine tools for indexing evidence.
